By accessing or using ProSocial.AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ProSocial.AI is a workflow platform for campaign planning, cohort generation, script generation, storyboard creation, image generation, video generation, media upload, and publishing operations including Meta integration.
The service may include integrations with third-party providers for AI, media generation, storage, and advertising platform connectivity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that any connected third-party account, including Meta accounts, is connected with proper authority.
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, rights clearance, and suitability of prompts, uploads, media, URLs, ad copy, and publishing instructions submitted through ProSocial.AI.
You grant ProSocial.AI the limited rights necessary to store, process, transform, and transmit that content solely to operate the service.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for human review before relying on or publishing generated output.
ProSocial.AI does not guarantee performance results, campaign outcomes, legal compliance, or platform approval of generated content.
When you connect external services such as Meta, you authorize ProSocial.AI to interact with those services on your behalf as required by the approved workflow.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to those providers' own terms, platform rules, and policies.
You may not use ProSocial.AI to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, evade platform restrictions, distribute harmful or deceptive content, or misuse connected advertising accounts.
You may not attempt to interfere with service security, abuse provider integrations, or access data or accounts you are not authorized to use.
ProSocial.AI may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Integrations may become unavailable due to provider actions, API changes, quota limits, moderation outcomes, or operational constraints.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSocial.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform bans, rejected ads, or business interruption resulting from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, address abuse, or respond to non-payment or contractual breach.
