ProSocial.AI Privacy Policy

This page explains how ProSocial.AI handles account data, creative workflow data, Meta connection data, and server-side URL-based media publishing to Meta.

Back to Home
Effective date: April 16, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ProSocial.AI collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the platform, including when you connect a Meta account, upload media, generate creative assets, and publish content to Meta properties.

This policy applies to the current ProSocial.AI product flow and is published for platform and Meta integration reference.

2. Information We Collect

Account and workspace information, such as your authenticated user profile, internal account identifiers, and role-based access data.

Campaign and creative workflow data, including campaign briefs, audience cohorts, scripts, storyboards, generated images, generated videos, uploaded videos, uploaded audio, and related publishing selections.

Meta connection information, including the Meta account display name, provider user identifier, ad account identifiers, granted scopes, requested scopes, token metadata, and the access token needed to operate the integration.

Publishing inputs, including selected media URLs, product URLs, page identifiers, ad-account identifiers, object story identifiers, and ad-publishing configuration submitted through the platform.

Technical and operational records, such as timestamps, publish results, connection status, and error details needed for debugging, preflight validation, and auditability.

3. How We Use Information

To authenticate users and control access to the platform.

To create, store, and manage campaigns, cohorts, scripts, storyboards, images, and videos inside the product workflow.

To connect to Meta on your behalf after you authorize the integration.

To upload or reference media for publishing, including use of server-side URL-based media transfer where supported by Meta.

To run preflight checks, publish ads or creatives to Meta, store publish history, and troubleshoot failures.

To operate AI-assisted features such as text generation, image generation, video generation, and media-processing workflows.

To maintain security, prevent abuse, monitor service health, and improve system reliability.

4. Meta Integration and URL-Based Media Uploads

When you connect your Meta account, ProSocial.AI receives authorization from Meta and stores the resulting connection data server-side so the integration can function.

When you publish media to Meta, ProSocial.AI may send media references or media files to Meta using Meta APIs. This can include a server-side file URL pointing to media stored by or for ProSocial.AI, or a direct binary upload path when required.

If a media URL is used for Meta publishing, that URL is used solely to retrieve the media necessary for the publish operation, preflight validation, or related publish troubleshooting.

Meta's handling of data after it is received is governed by Meta's own terms, developer requirements, and privacy practices.

5. Storage and Retention

Application data is stored using services and infrastructure selected by ProSocial.AI, including database storage for structured records and object storage for uploaded or generated media.

Meta connection records and publish history may be retained as long as needed to support the connected workflow, operational continuity, legal compliance, security, dispute handling, or internal recordkeeping.

Media and generated assets may remain stored until deleted by a user, removed by workflow action, or cleaned up under platform retention rules.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information with third-party service providers only as needed to operate the product, including cloud infrastructure providers, AI and media generation providers, storage providers, and Meta for the functions you authorize.

We do not sell personal information for unrelated third-party marketing.

We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our rights, to protect platform security, or to investigate abuse or fraud.

7. Security

We use server-side storage, access controls, and operational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials and any external platform accounts you connect.

8. Your Choices

You may disconnect your Meta integration from within the product where that functionality is available.

You may request deletion or removal of content and connected data subject to operational, legal, and security constraints.

If Meta data-deletion flows are invoked, ProSocial.AI may process and record those requests to confirm completion and maintain minimal compliance records.

9. Children

ProSocial.AI is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable law to use this type of service without consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version posted at this URL will control going forward unless a different effective-date process is required by law.
