This page explains how Meta-related connection data deletion is processed for ProSocial.AI and how users can request deletion support.
If a Meta user requests deletion of data associated with ProSocial.AI through Meta's required platform flow, ProSocial.AI processes that request through its server-side data deletion callback endpoint.
The application verifies the signed request received from Meta, identifies any stored Meta connection records associated with the supplied Meta provider user identifier, removes matching connection data where found, and records a deletion confirmation entry for auditability.
After processing, the service issues a confirmation code and a status URL that can be used to review the result of the request.
In the current application, the status page is served at /meta/data-deletion-status with a request-specific confirmation code.
